Family constellations and systemic work

Systemic work, rooted in Brussels

This is where the practice began. We hold our live family constellation workshops and our annual intensive here in the city, and work privately with people across Brussels and well beyond it. Find the way in that fits you.

If you searched for systemic work in Brussels, work that looks at the whole family or system around a difficulty, you were probably looking for one of three things: a workshop you can come to, someone to work with privately, or simply to understand whether this is for you.

All three start here.

Our home is in the European quarter of Brussels, Belgium, at Boulevard Charlemagne 28, a short walk from Schuman station. It is where we hold our weekend workshops and our yearly intensive, and where the wider practice took shape. Our private sessions now reach people wherever they are, by video.

We work in several languages, from a city in your own time zone.

Weekend workshops

Two days of guided systemic work at our Brussels venue, in a small group. The gentlest way in, with nothing to prepare.

The annual intensive

Once a year in Brussels: four days, a held group, real change in the room.

This was my first exposure to Family/Systemic Constellations. I left with a sense that a whole new chapter is about to open up, to help me attain more inner happiness and fulfillment through the course of my life journey. Cecilia is calm and patient with us newbies, I feel she is the sort of professional to help us through our next level of growth.

Private sessions

Work privately

In private sessions that means family constellations, and with Cecilia, therapy as well. It happens online now, so you can choose the practitioner who fits you, wherever you are. Sessions run live by video, in your own language where we can.

If you would rather sit in the room, in-person sessions in Brussels can be arranged. Tell us what you are looking for and we will find the right fit.

Safe and Sound Protocol

Listening therapy

For regulation, trauma and sensory difficulties, in adults and children, we offer the Safe and Sound Protocol with Cecilia Altieri, a certified Safe and Sound Protocol provider. It is a listening programme you follow from home, supported by an intake conversation.

Languages

We work in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French and Romanian, depending on the practitioner.
